  1. Cost Analysis
    This phase is extremely important to client satisfaction. We analyze what the client’s needs are versus the budget & review and discuss all value engineering options. Once the needs and the budget are finalized the expectations can be established.
  2. Pre-Constrcution Multi-Party Coordination
    During this phase we assemble the project team from the Architects and Engineers, to expeditors, subcontractors, etc. We host extensive coordination meetings and ensure as much pre-planning is performed and completed prior to breaking ground.
  3. Design Build
    With our pool of Architects, Engineers and experienced subcontractors we work closely with our clients and designers to create a project that meets the program requirements and budgetary needs of our clients.
  4. General Construction
    Our old school approach to construction is our most admired attribute by our customers. We do not bury our clients with paper or unnecessary meetings, discussions, etc. We are efficient and effective communicators the focus on building your project.
  5. Post Construction Management
    When the work is completed we remain with our clients through testing, commissioning, training and final turn over.
  6. Facilities Maintainence
    Once your project is completed we offer maintenance services that allow your facility to maintain its value for the duration you possess it. Our maintenance services vary from regularly scheduled agreements to an as needed basis.
